We discovered Historic Lumber by chance while searching for mantle options, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. The hand-hewn mantle crafted by Al left us absolutely speechless. Working with Annette and Al was an absolute pleasure—everything was so seamless. We feel truly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with them.
Where do I begin…..This place is heaven on earth. The selection of beams, the service, the craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Annette was a dream to work with. You know that person who absolutely loves what they do and their enthusiasm is infectious? That is Annette, she knew exactly what we were looking for and nailed the stain for our 3 fireplace mantels….once we install them, they will be a constant reminder of the tremendous service we received at Historic Lumber. This is one of my favourite places on earth! If you have an old house, Al has everything you could ever imagine or need for it. He always answers my many, many questions with patience and has a solution for most anything I throw his way. Highly recommend!
